An interview is counted when a candidate completes a voice conversation with one of our AI agents. Partial interviews or test calls don't count.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade at any time and your new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do unused interviews roll over?

Interviews reset monthly and don't roll over. However, you can purchase additional interview packs if needed.
