Global Voice Connect Solutions Corp ("we", "us", "ARIA HR") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered HR platform at ariahr.ai.
ARIA HR complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, and applicable data protection laws.
We collect the following categories of personal data:
Account data: Name, email address, profile photo (when signing in with Google), company name, and role within your organization.
Candidate data: Names, email addresses, CVs/resumes, interview recordings, response content analysis results, and evaluation reports submitted by your organization through the platform.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser type, and device information for analytics and service improvement.
Payment data: Billing information processed through our payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers directly.
We use your data to provide and improve our services, including AI-powered voice interviews, CV analysis, candidate scoring and response-pattern measurements. Specifically:
To operate the platform and deliver the services you requested. To analyze candidate interviews using AI and provide scoring and insights. To generate reports and analytics for your hiring decisions. To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and product updates. To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
ARIA HR uses artificial intelligence to conduct voice interviews and analyse candidate responses. This includes speech-to-text transcription, natural language understanding and analysis of what the candidate said.
We do not perform emotion recognition, lie detection or biometric categorisation, and we do not infer emotions of natural persons in the recruitment context (EU AI Act, Article 5(1)(f)). Speaking-pace and response-time measures are computed on our own systems from the interview's own timestamps, and are shown to recruiters as measurements — never as judgements about the person.
You may request deletion of any candidate's voice recordings and associated analysis at any time.
We share data with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate our platform:
Cloud infrastructure: authentication, database and hosting. Interview analysis: for interview analysis we use voice infrastructure and language-model providers acting as data processors under contract. We do not transfer voice data to emotion-analysis providers. Speaking-pace and response-time measures are computed on our own systems and stored with the interview. Payments: billing and subscription management.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share candidate data between organizations.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Candidate data from completed hiring processes is retained for 12 months after the position is filled, unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of specific candidate records at any time through the Privacy & Data settings or by contacting support.
Under GDPR and applicable law, you have the right to:
Access your personal data and receive a copy (available via Settings → Privacy & Data → Export). Rectification of inaccurate data through your account settings. Erasure of your account and data (available via Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account). Portability of your data in a machine-readable format (JSON export). Object to processing of your data for specific purposes. Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication with optional single sign-on, role-based access controls, audit trails and regular security assessments. Our infrastructure runs on a major cloud provider with SOC 2 aligned practices.
