Does ARIA integrate with Greenhouse?

ARIA does not yet ship a native Greenhouse integration. You can connect Greenhouse to ARIA today via our REST API (typically 1-2 days of work for a developer), or contact our team for a custom native integration — typical delivery is 2-4 weeks.

How long does ATS integration take?

REST API integration typically takes 1-2 days of developer work. Native integrations install in minutes; configuration time depends on your custom field mapping needs. Custom integrations (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Spark Hire, etc.) are 2-4 weeks of scoping and delivery — contact our team. We provide technical support for Enterprise customers.

Do I need a developer to integrate?

For native integrations (like BambooHR), no developer is needed — just admin credentials for the target system. For REST API integration with other ATS systems, a developer familiar with REST APIs is recommended.

What data flows between ARIA and my ATS?

From your ATS to ARIA: candidate name, email, phone, job ID. From ARIA back: overall score, recommendation (advance/maybe/pass), scorecard JSON, recording URL, and transcript.
