Integration questions

Does ARIA integrate with Greenhouse?

Greenhouse integration is available via ARIA's REST API. Use the candidate import endpoint to push applicants from Greenhouse into ARIA, and poll the scorecard endpoint to retrieve results back.

How long does ATS integration take?

API integration typically takes 1-2 days for a developer. Native integrations like Spark Hire take under an hour. We provide technical support for Enterprise customers.

Do I need a developer to integrate?

For native integrations (Spark Hire), no developer is needed. For REST API integration with other ATS systems, a developer familiar with REST APIs is recommended.

What data flows between ARIA and my ATS?

From your ATS to ARIA: candidate name, email, phone, job ID. From ARIA back: overall score, recommendation (advance/maybe/pass), scorecard JSON, recording URL, and transcript.
